The Harrisburg Town Council is scheduled to consider requests related to a proposed 149-lot, single-family residential development on approximately 175 acres at 10960 and 11011 Peach Orchard Road. The requests include annexation into Harrisburg, conditional rezoning, a subdivision map amendment, and a development agreement.
Important scheduling note
The applicant has requested that Town Council continue the public hearing to a later date so Town staff and NCDOT can complete their review of the latest submission. The new hearing date will be set by Town Council.
Attend or watch
The Council Chambers will be open to the public at Harrisburg Town Hall, 4100 Main Street, Harrisburg, NC 28075. The meeting may also be watched through the Town of Harrisburg YouTube livestream. Anyone who wishes to address Council during public comment or speak to a specific agenda item must attend in person.
